Today has been a fun Wednesday, even though it started off with a toddler 5am wake-up call. We visited Champion Park with our friends and played in the huge dinosaur sand dig and then rinsed off in the whale bones shower area. After enjoying a picnic lunch of pbj and honey sandwiches, grapes, strawberries, and veggie straws (okay, the moms had some Cheetos!), Mateo fell asleep within 5 minutes of leaving the park. I had to carry him inside.
And now we are finishing making Mother's Day cards while I make my Mimi's "King Ranch Chicken Casserole." Nothing beats a casserole!
